Please follow this link here to our shop to identify desired products, add them to the cart with any chosen accessories, and then follow the check-out prompts. Our Canada Post Shipping Calculator will give you an accurate estimate on shipping costs to your location, however you can click here to see our shipping and returns policy. We accept all major credit cards, as well as Bitcoin, Money Orders and Checks. Some payment methods such as checks and money orders may have lead time to verify their authenticity by our bank before your product will ship. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Currently our workshop is open by appointment only, but if you are on the Sunshine Coast you are welcome to call us and check our availability.

Kindred Spirit Drums is located on the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia, Canada and we are happy to offer our instruments to the global market. If you fall in love with one of our instruments, we will do our best to have it out to you in a timely manner. However, please note that all of our instruments are custom made for you, and that wait times on processing your particular instrument can be anywhere from 3-14 days depending on order volume.  Please note that we strive for exceptional instruments, and we will not rush production so we can maintain our high standard of quality.

Shipping Costs:

You can get your exact shipping cost by using the shipping calculator on our cart page.  Please select your products, add them to your cart and then select "calculate shipping" and the shipping matrix will give you your shipping price. Here is a table of rough shipping estimates to give you an idea of what it will cost to have your instrument delivered.

Shipping Insurnace:

All of our shipments are fully insured against damages. If your order arrives to you and is damaged from shipping, please keep all the packing materials and contact us by either phone (604-740-2467) or by email (kindredspiritdrums@gmail.com). We will file a claim for your product with the shipping company, produce a replacement for you, and send it out as soon as possible, as well as organize a way to have the damaged product returned to us.

Return Policy:

At Kindred Spirit Drums we strive to offer the highest quality instruments, at some of the most affordable prices on the market. We have extremely high quality control in our workshop, and every instrument that we send out has to meet our high standards before it is sent to you.

If Your Instrument Does Not Meet Expectations:

You can return the instrument to use for a full refund within 7 days of its arrival to you. In this case, we will refund 100% of the original instrument cost to you. The instrument and its accessories must be in new condition (with all original packaging and accessories) for an exchange or refund (minus the shipping costs). However, Kindred Spirit Drums will cover any return costs should the return be the result of a defective instrument or incorrect shipment on our part. Refunds may take upwards of 2-3 weeks, as we must account for shipping time (when you send it, to when we receive it) our time to process and evaluate your return, and the time for your bank to return your funds.


If you are shipping an instrument back to us, please make sure to wrap it securely and get any appropriate insurance required (For the full cost of your instrument). If your instrument is damaged/lost on its return to us and does not have insurance or tracking we will be unable to honour your refund. So please pack/track it safely!

*If you are returning a product from an international location:  Please make sure to select "Return" or "Gift" on the customs form.  If you select "Sale" we will have to deduct the customs fees from your refund as we get charged to receive the item at the post office.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you.

Undeliverable Packages:

If your package is returned to us because it is “undeliverable” it is generally due to an incorrect address. In this case we will contact you and try to rectify the situation. Though we do our best to verify your address before sending, please make sure that it is entered correctly when you place your order.  In the case that your order has been returned due to an incorrect address on our end, we will cover the additional shipping cost to you.  If your order has been returned due to an incorrect shipping address on your end, you will have to pay the additional shipping cost.

This application form can be filled out and submitted to authority figures at your place of work when trying to explain why getting one of our instruments would be beneficial to your practice and for your clients.

This is an application form for small retailers (who have a physical location) who would like to get on our wait-list for commission instruments.

Drum Donation Initiative
We do a monthly drum donation to a person in need.  You can request consideration for this instrument by filling out and submitting this form.

The standard booklet offered with all of our instruments.  If you did not receive a booklet with your order, or misplaced it, please download this document.

Instrument Payment Plan
If you wish to set up a payment plan please download and print off this form, fill out the required fields, and then scan or mail it back to us. Once we have it we will set up a payment plan with you.
